This is a prayer for traffic safety directed at the police, who are本来 responsible for instructing on traffic safety. It is an attempt to reverse the arrow of traffic safety that is usually pointed at citizens, and direct it towards the police force. This poster features 25 patrol car accident vehicles, which were first sold at the "WISH YOU A SAFE PATROL" exhibition in Hatsudai, an exhibition of traffic safety charms specifically for patrol cars.
